Cary Tucker
Director & Builder
Cary has 15 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. As a fully qualified builder, he is actively involved in business operations which means you’re confident that your project is in good hands. Prior to starting CT Constructions in 2015, Cary has a strong track record within the building industry, including working as a Site Supervisor at Hutchinson Builders. Cary is passionate and he brings a wealth of knowledge to the business, which is applied to every project. His free time is spent with his young family, either camping or out on the water.
Amy Castellana
Accounts & Contracts
Amy joined the CT Constructions team in 2019 as a bookkeeper and is responsible for the accounts, contracts administration and office administration. She has 12 years’ experience in the finance and accounting sector, previously working in corporate financial viability and credit ratings. Amy is always looking for ways to improve business processes and assisting in the team’s future success. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and catching up with friends.
Jimmy Linkins
Foreman & Carpenter
Jimmy is one of our Site Foremen and Leading Hand Carpenters, responsible for onsite project management and supervising his team. Jimmy is an original CT chippie and has been working on and off with the company since it started. He is known for being very handy on the tools and is always keen to get the job done.
Josh Bruce
Foreman & Carpenter
Josh has 15 years’ industry experience, joining CT Constructions in 2020 as a Site Foreman and Leading Hand Carpenter, responsible for onsite project management and team supervision. Josh is one of the quieter tradies on site; he is neat, very crafty and brings a different approach to problem solving. On the weekends, Josh will be either motorbike riding, camping, or throwing in a line somewhere.
Jayden Morse
Apprentice
Jayden joined CT Constructions as a school-based apprentice in 2020 and is now working hard full-time to gain his Carpentry qualification. Long days are not an issue for Jayden, he is always keen to help get the job done and shows initiative to learn new skills. Jayden spends his free time playing soccer or camping.
