Cary
Director & Builder
Cary has 15+ years’ experience in the building and construction industry. As a fully qualified builder, he is actively involved in business operations which means you’re confident that your project is in good hands. Prior to starting CT Constructions in 2015, Cary has a strong track record within the building industry, including working as a Site Supervisor at Hutchinson Builders. Cary is passionate and he brings a wealth of knowledge to the business, which is applied to every project. His free time is spent with his young family, either camping or out on the water.
Jimmy
Leading Hand & Supervisor
Jimmy is one of our Supervisors and Leading Hand Carpenters, responsible for onsite project management and supervising his team. Jimmy is an original CT chippie and has been working on and off with the company since it started. He is known for being very handy on the tools and is always keen to get the job done. During his down time, Jimmy enjoys camping and being with friends.
Josh
Leading Hand & Supervisor
Josh has 15 years’ industry experience, joining CT Constructions in 2020 as a Site Foreman and Leading Hand Carpenter, responsible for onsite project management and team supervision. Josh is one of the quieter tradies on site; he is neat, very crafty and brings a different approach to problem solving. On the weekends, Josh will be either motorbike riding, camping, or throwing in a line somewhere.
Jayden
Carpenter
Jayden is a qualified carpenter after completing his apprenticeship under the guidance of the CT Constructions team. He started with CT Constructions as a school-based apprentice in 2020 and has never looked back. Long days are not an issue for Jayden, he is always keen to help get the job done and shows initiative to learn new skills. Jayden spends his free time playing soccer or camping.
Mitch
Carpenter
Mitch joined the CT Constructions team in January 2025 as a Carpenter. After working in the new build space, Mitch has joined the experienced CT team to learn about renovations and extensions to existing homes. Mitch is versatile and works with the team to get the job done. Mitch enjoys camp drafting in his spare time, along with camping and fishing.
Luke
Apprentice
Luke joined the CT Constructions team in Oct 2023 as an apprentice with the goal of becoming a qualified Carpenter. Luke has a strong willingness to learn and is working hard alongside the team to learn the tricks of the trade. On site, you will find Luke working hard to assist the CT chippies and trades seamlessly complete jobs. Off the job site, Luke enjoys 4-wheel driving and camping.
Liam
Apprentice
Liam is one of our apprentices and joined the CT Constructions team in October 2025. Liam is a keen learner with an aptitude for construction. He is striving towards finishing his carpentry apprenticeship and enjoys learning from the experienced team. When he is not on site, Liam enjoys hanging out with friends, surfing and camping.
Billy
School-Based Apprentice
Billy is our school-based apprentice, working hard on school holidays learning from the team to get a head start on his dream of becoming a Carpenter. Billy works hard and is enthusiastic about all aspects of building. In his free time, Billy enjoys playing footy.
Amy
Office Manager/EA
Amy has been with the CT Constructions team from the beginning in 2019, working closely alongside Cary. Amy has a degree in Accounting & Business and has experience working in public practice accounting firms assisting small business with their tax needs. Amy is our numbers guru, office organiser, content creator and all-round problem-solver, exclusively assisting the Director to ensure operations run smoothly.
